Participants will learn about the strategies, the process of crafting and executing strategies besides analysing the company’s external environment and the internal resources. The participants will also learn about the competitive strategies and which one to employ based on their organization’s capabilities. This training provides an understanding of the strategic management for freight forwarders.

Please take note that should you be unable to attend the program you must notify the SFFLA Secretariat (120hrs) 5 days before the program begins as a charge of RM 50.00 per day for food and refreshment will be orders are made one 1 week before the event. Do note that you may change the participant.
